Refund policy

 

Returns for change of mind

 

AUSREO is confident you will be happy with your purchase. For this reason, in addition to your statutory rights, AUSREO offers refunds for returned products received by AUSREO within 28 days of the delivery date.

 

You can return any unused product for a refund, repair or replacement via post or to any AUSREO branches within 28 days of the order date. Proof of purchase will be required for all refunds and AUSREO reserves the right to inspect returned products prior to determining whether a refund, repair or replacement is offered.

 

If you choose to return a product for change of mind, any delivery fees paid by you will be non-refundable. 

 

To request a refund, repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page or phone 1300 287 736. We will require the following information in order to process your request:

 

  • Order ID# - this can be found in your confirmation email;
  • email address used to place the original order; and
  • where applicable, your Reo360 account number.

 

For eligible returns, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days, provided we have received payment details from you. If you paid via credit card, please keep in mind that your financial institution may take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.

 

Returns for incorrect or faulty products

 

AUSREO takes care to ensure its products are of a high quality and free from faults.  

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is incorrect or faulty, we will provide you with a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

If you have received a product from us that you believe is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and return the product to us using the same process outlined above for change of mind returns.

 

Any products replaced due to being faulty, damaged or incorrect will be delivered to you free of charge.
