Shipping policy


This delivery policy applies in respect of all products purchased from AUSREO Pty Limited ACN 094 555 192 (AUSREO, we, us) from the website shop.ausreo.com.au/ (Reo360).   

 

Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before noon AEST within one business day.

 

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $195 on all orders within 100km from an AUSREO branch. Should your delivery address be more than 100km from an AUSREO branch, then we will confirm the applicable delivery rate with you prior to dispatching the products you have ordered.

 

Once dispatched, the general expected delivery times for each region are:

 

  • 1 to 2 business days, for postcodes within 40km of an AUSREO branch; and


  • 2 to 9 business days, for postcodes that are more than 40km from an AUSREO branch.

 

Some exceptions apply, so please read the full list of postcodes we deliver to here.

 

Should your delivery postcode be outside of our standard delivery radius, one of our customer service agents will contact you to confirm expected delivery time. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will provide you with a refund.

 

We may use third party couriers to deliver the products you order. Accordingly, delivery times may be impacted by shipping and other factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Any dispatch times and delivery dates we provide are estimates only.

 

In busy trading periods, orders may take longer to fulfil due to high volumes.

 

We will arrange delivery of the products you order to the address you have nominated when making the order. If you require multiple delivery destinations for products, you must submit separate orders for each address.

 

We will generally attempt delivery once only, before returning your order to the relevant branch and contacting you to make alternative delivery arrangements. We will not attempt to redeliver your order until such arrangements are confirmed. You will be responsible for any additional re-delivery fees if you specify an incorrect delivery address, or delivery fails. Where you do not collect your order within 10 business days of a failed delivery, you must contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 287 736 or email us to claim your order.

 

‘Click & Collect’

 

If you would prefer to collect your order from an AUSREO branch, we offer this service at no additional cost.

 

We will endeavour to have your order ready for collection at the date and time you have requested when making your order, however delays may occur, particularly during busy trading periods. Details of how to collect your 'Click and Collect' order will be provided in your order confirmation.

 

Courier

 

You may nominate a courier or delivery provider to deliver your product. AUSREO will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver products to you (or your nominated recipient).
